The USA F1 Student Visa allows Georgian citizens to study at accredited US universities, colleges, and academic institutions. The US offers world-renowned education and research opportunities.

Processing requires an interview at the US Embassy in Tbilisi. You must first receive Form I-20 from your US institution.

Can I work on an F1 student visa?

What is OPT and how does it work?

Optional Practical Training (OPT) allows F1 students to work in their field of study for up to 12 months after graduation. STEM graduates may qualify for a 24-month extension (total 36 months).
